Dwight-Location: Olacion Confessional

       In the evening, go into the confessional booth to hear him talk about
his money troubles. Confront him about it and he'll join your list.

Edgar-Location: Outside of Fernando's window in Olacion

      Catch him spying on Fernando. Then, go inside and kick the bucket in
Fernando's room to find the belt. Edgar will think you stole it, so go
talk to Fernando and then return to Edgar with the belt.

Elena-Location: Morfinn's Clinic

      Talk to her brother upstairs after you complete jobs. After 4 stories, 
talk to Elena and she'll thank you.

Adina-Location: Around Olacion

Grant-Location: Outside of Olacion at night

      Talk to him to receive the Church Bulletin. Deliver it to Silvia,
Servia, Sonia, Lunbar, and Zeke (in the Beast Pit) and let him know
you've done so.

Kain-Location: Olacion Order main hall 

      Talk to him after recruiting the rest of the Olacion guild.

Fernando-Location: Fernando's Room in Olacion 

      Talk to him after recruiting Clive, Edgar, Cosmo, Alvin, Vitas, Flora, Achilles, Miranda, 
and Godwin.

Anastasia-Location: Olacion

     Talk to her after doing the Crocogator quest. Then talk to Lulu,followed by Zeranium. 
Finally, go buy the key from Faid's General store and return it.

Godwin-Location: Outside of Olacion in the afternoon 

    Talk to him after recruiting Miranda (you might have to level her up).

Rocco-Location: Job Event

    Complete the Letter of Defiance job. Then, find him in the Septem Region and battle
him again.

Achilles-Location: Olacion

     After choosing the Human Path, talk to Kain and then Achilles.

Flora-Location: Outside of the Eisenhower Pharmacy at night

     Collect a picture from Synellia during the day inside the pharmacy and give it to Flora. 

Vitas-Location: Olacion

     Complete the Build that Body! job. Then talk to him in his room and beat her in a 
fight.

Cosmo-Location: Around Olacion

     Talk to him twice.

Meranda-Location: Running around town

     Complete the Build that Body! job and then talk to her and have her heal you 5 times.

Clive-Location: Outside Radiata Castle

     Begin your first mission with the nights, he'll join you after.

Lulu-Location: Olacion (in Anastasia's room)

     Talk to her and then go find her missing cat in the Beast Pit. Return it to her.

Eugene-Location: Carl's Pub in the evening

     Keep talking to him.
